Travel document of an immigrant who reached Mandatory Palestine via Japan and China, 1940
This Polish travel document, signed by Chiune (Sempo) Sugihara, the Japanese consul in Kovno (Kaunas), Lithuania, who helped many Jews to escape from Europe, was issued on 13 August 1940.
