The Israel State Archives is the national archives of the State of Israel.
The purpose of the website is to present the Archives  to researchers and the general public in Israel and abroad, to provide information about the collections of the Archives and its publications, and to tell you how to contact us and to find out more about our holdings.

The reading room of the Israel State Archives will be closed for the summer vacation from Sunday 18 July 2010 until Thursday 29 July 2010.
